TikTok Live Sale Policies

Rule #1: Be kind, no complaints, only congrats

To claim: claim + price (add material/color if needed)

By Claiming you are committing to purchase

Fill out live sale claim form every live. Link on our link tree in our Bio on TikTok and Instagram

Giveaways every 20k likes. Fill out the claim form to be entered (no purchase necessary)

Invoices from live sales can be found by searching your TikTok username and adding your custom invoice listing to your cart. Invoice listings are posted within 1 business day of the sale. You have until the upcoming Friday to pay (allows you to shop 2 live sales and combine to save on shipping)

After 2 occurrences of non-payment (with no contact) you will no longer be allowed to claim in live sales

Other Shop Policies and Info

Shipping:

US & Canada only. Shipping is best available based on weight and location. Free shipping over $400 for orders in the U.S. only. Orders are shipped via usps or ups. Orders are shipped within 5-10 business days of payment. You will receive an email with your tracking number.

We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages once they are dropped off at the postal center. However, we do purchase insurance on all shipped packages. If there is an issue with your package please contact us immediately and send photos. For purchases under $100 we will send you the information to submit your own claim. For purchases over $100 we will submit the claim for you. Claims typically take at least 2-3 weeks (sometimes longer). Once we receive payment for your claim we will then either refund or work with you to replace items. Due to the unique nature of many of our products we may not be able to replace them with an exact item.

Returns & exchanges:

All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

As a reminder, crystals by nature contain imperfections. We do our best to fully describe and disclose all information including materials, source, and imperfections either during our live sales or in our product descriptions. If you have any questions about a product please reach out prior to purchasing.
